Three FDNY Members Receive the Presidential Medal of Valor

On Tuesday, May 16, the FDNY Foundation welcomed FEMA’s Ready Campaign, the U.S. Fire Administration, META, and the Ad Council, to the FDNY FireZone in New York City to launch a new virtual reality experience that promotes fire awareness. The Escape Plan, is a Fire Safety XR experience for VR, Mobile and Desktop. It lets users safely practice their escape skills on their own time so they can prepare for future fire hazards.
The FDNY Foundation thanks FEMA’s Ready Campaign, the U.S. Fire Administration, META, and the Ad Council for their tremendous support to help promote fire safety education.
